Our mission at the Family Health Center is to
provide quality family centered care for all who
come without regard for their insurance status.
In addition to quality family healthcare, we strive
to provide state-of-the-art working memory training
for those with ADHD and other conditions with working

- To provide an in-house lab for common
tests
- To provide in-house procedures wherever
practical and safe
- To provide same day appointments
and take walk-in appointments with minimal
waiting
- To provide referral to specialists as
rapidly as needed
- To provide urgent care safely and efficiently
to avoid costly emergency room visits
- We stock VFC (Vaccines for
Children) so we can provide almost
all immunizations required
- For international travel, we provide
medical planning and immunization services

Frank L. Lamp
MD, Clinic Director, Coach
Dr. Lamp is a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences
University and did his residency in family practice
in Mason City , Iowa. He has practiced in Grundy
Center since 1991. |

RN, office nurse and future coach
Lauren earned a BSN from Allen College in
Waterloo Iowa. |

Sue Lamp, office
manager
She and Dr. Lamp have been married for 36
years. They have five children. Sue does receptionist
work and office billing. |

Jean
Osgood, MSN, FNP
Is a graduate of the University of Missouri
at Columbia and currently is a Lt. Colonel in the
Air National Guard. |
